The Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 20XX - The Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 20XX
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6,45,46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 20XX would be amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to:

(a) remove the Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 25 Burr Close, Bexleyheath.

the parking bay which currently operates between 10.00am and 12.00pm, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a double yellow line restriction of 'at any time1
3. The general effect of the Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 20XX would be amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Town Centre) (Parking Races) Traffic Order 2018 to:

(b) amend the Residents Permit parking place in front of No. 3 Heathfield Road, Bexleyheath.

the parking bay which currently operates between 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday will be replaced amended from 29.9 metres to 22.0 metres and the removed section will be replaces with a single yellow line restriction of '8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday'.
4. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

7. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2021

(GAS MAIN REPLACEMENT - VARIOUS ROAD IN BEXLEYHEATH) - NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14( I) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable gas mains replacement work for SGN, the effects of which will be the introduction of: No waiting and no loading in the following roads as listed in Schedule one of the order, restrictions will be removed when works allow.

2. The Order will come into effect on 12th April 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 30 weeks,

3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be provided.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14( I) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable gas mains replacement works for SGN, the effects of which will be the introduction of:

? A road closure to vehicular traffic in Rudland Road from outside 2 to opposite 9. From the 19th July 2021 »A road closure to vehicular traffic closure in Brantwood Road junction with Erith Road

2. The Order will come into effect on 12th April 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 6 months

3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via: Rudland Road closure outside number 2 from the 19th July 2021

? Vehicles traveling via Erith Road southbound, Erith Road, Mayplace Road East, Bamehurst Road and Lyndhurst Road, Rudland Road,

? Vehicles traveling via Lyndhurst Road; Lyndhurst Road, Erith Road, Rudland Road. Brantwood Road closure junction with Erith Road

¦ Southbound diversion from Erith Road; Erith Road, Lyndhurst Road, Brantwood Road.

¦ Diversion for vehicles on Brantwood Road; Brantwood Road, Risedale Road, Barnehurst Road, Erith Road.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
