(Various Roads) (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.12) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To revoke the existing 'Permit Parking Area A Mon-Sat 9am-5pm' restrictions on the following lengths of road, in the Borough of Basildon within the below locations:

Road Description
Waldegrave, NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 1.6 metres east of the shared Basildon boundary of 14 & 16 Waldegrave, westwards for an approximate
distance of 5.5 metres.

8. To Introduce 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' restrictions on the following lengths of road, in the Borough of Basildon within the below locations:
An alternative route is available via Fourth Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Bruce Grove and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street, Great Wakering) (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping that length of High Street, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Chapel Lane to its junction with North Street a distance of approximately 50m. "The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restriction is scheduled to commence on 27th March 2021 tor 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001017302 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
The Order will come into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Thynne Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Thynne Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with The Meadow Way for a distance of approximately 35m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th March 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001017751 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Mons Avenue, Prince Edward Road, Greens Farm Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 18th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fanton Chase, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fanton Chase, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Second Avenue for a distance of approximately 55m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th March 2021 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WBJHG56J01 -BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Second Avenue, Bruce Grove, Southend Road, Fanton Walk, Fanton Chase and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 4th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Road, Fobbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 20m northwest of its junction with Moores Avenue for a distance of approximately 85m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2021 tor 2 nights (01:15-04:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL733TLL-30-33-140321 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while rail track repair works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Five Bells Roundabout, Five Bells Road, Link Road From B1420 And Bells Corner Roundabout To Boundary, Nether Mayne, Lion Hill, Fobbing Road, Church Road, Lampits Hill, Southend Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 4th March 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Borough of Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic
& Clearway) (No.1) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 4th March 2021 exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained tor emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Fourth Avenue, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fourth Avenue, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Fanton Chase to its junction with Bruce Grove a distance of approximately 225m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th March 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2308442 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
