Ref No:21/00141/HOUSE Rear Of 106 High Street Maldon - Variation to design of scheme approved under planning permission FUL/MAL/16/00694 (New 2-bed two storey mews house.). Ref No: 21/00171/FUL A Major Development & Departure from the Local Development Plan affecting a Public Right of Way Land 250M North Of 16A Maldon Road Burnham-On-Crouch - Outline application with all matters of detail reserved for future determination (except for layout and means of access to the site) to extend approved retirement community to north and east including additional affordable housing (or developer contribution in lieu of): erect 132No. one, two and three-bedroom bungalows, 100No. one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in two-storey buildings (independent/assisted living and/or market units), and erect single-storey ancillary multi-use community building.
