Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:

Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building.
59 Chapel Road Burnham-On-Crouch CM0 8JD - Replacement of back and front roof tiles due to damage to existing roof tiles resulting in water ingress causing internal damage to property. Ref No: 21/00123/HOUSE
1 All Saints London Road Maldon - Extension to first floor mezzanine to create enlarged bedroom overlooking main living space. Ref No: 21/00132/LBC

Departure from the Local Development Plan
Barn Little Acre Scotts Hill Southminster - Conversion of an agricultural barn into one 3 bedroom residential unit. New openings, addition of rooflights, solar panels and air source heat pump. Removal of existing lean to building and asbestos roofing and cladding. Ref No: 20/01238/FUL
