PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT: Crayford Industrial Estate, Swalslands Drive, Crayford, DA1 4HS TAKE NOTICE THAT AN APPLICATION IS BEING MADE BY: The Bampton Property Group Limited for a hybrid application for full planning permission for phase 1 and 2 comprising demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide 6 no. units for employment uses in class E(g)(ii) and E(g) (Hi), B2 and B8 equating to 4,134 sq m floorspace and outline planning permission for the phased development of the remainder of the site (phases 3 - 5) to include demolition of existing buildings and the provision up to 6,160 sq m of floorspace for employment uses in class E(g)(ii) and E(g)(iii), B2 and B8.
