Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:
Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building
42 - 44 Market Hill Maldon - Retrospective application for the erection of a 1.8m high wooden fence at the rear of the property to divide the garden. Ref No: 20/01285/HOUSE
Wickham Hall Langford Road Wickham Bishops - Like for like replacement of 10 windows in the house. Ref No: 20/01331/LBC
