1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable J B Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading, and suspension of the yellow line restriction in Chartwell Close from number 10 to Footscray Road. There will also be a road closure to vehicular traffic from 10 Chartwell Close to Footcray Road, Access will be provided when works allow and for emergency vehicles.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable J B Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading, and suspension of the yellow line restriction in Chartwell Close from number 10 to Footscray Road. There will also be a road closure to vehicular traffic from 10 Chartwell Close to Footcray Road, Access will be provided when works allow and for emergency vehicles.
2. The Order will come into effect on 7th January 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.

3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be provided.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(Gas Replacement Scheme - Various Road in Sidcup)-NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned location, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable gas mains replacement works to be carried out by SGN, the effects of which will be the introduction of no waiting and no loading when required within the roads listed in Schedule One on this Order. Restrictions will be removed when not required. There will also be a road closure to vehicular traffic on Burnt Oak Lane slip road between Sherwood Park Road and Burnt Oak Lane

2. The Order will come into effect on I st January 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However the works are expected to be completed within 25 weeks.

3. Whilst the road closure is in place an alternative diversion route will be provided via: ¦ Burnt Oak Lane, Meadow View and Sherwood Park Avenue and reverse,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 29th December made the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 29th December made the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Part

2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Bexley (Abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 8) Traffic Order 2021 would be to amend the Bexley (Abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:-

a) to remove the existing resident and visitor permit parking place in front of No. 76 Overton Road, Abbey Wood. The parking bay which currently operates between 11 am -1 pm Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of' 11 am -1 pm Monday to Friday'.

b) to amend the existing 'free' parking place outside of No. 68 Overton Road, Abbey Wood to a new resident and visitor permit parking place. This parking bay which currently operates as 'free' will be converted to resident and visitor permit parking place will operate' 11 am -1 pm Monday to Friday'.

3. The general effect of the above-mentioned Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. II) Traffic Order 2021 would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:-

c) Sandford Road, Bexleyheath: - to remove and amend a section of residents permit parking (operating Monday - Friday 10.00am - 1.00pm) outside of No. 22 Sandford Road. The section of bay that will be removed will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction (operating Monday - Friday 10.00am -

d) Foresters Crescent Bexleyheath: - to convert the existing 'pay by phone' only parking bays outside of the below locations to a shared 'pay by phone' and residents permit parking (operating Monday

- Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm). Outside Nos. 2 & 4 Nos. 6 & 8 and Nos 10 & 12 Foresters Crescent Bexleyheath. There is not overall change to the amount of parking places available.

e) Trinity Place, Bexleyheath: - to extend the existing residents permit parking (operating Monday -Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm) adjacent to No. I Trinity Place to accommodate a further vehicle.

f) Victoria Road, Bexleyheath: - to convert the existing 'pay by phone' opposite Nos. I and 3 Victoria Road at the junction of Warren Road to a shared 'pay by phone' and residents permit parking (operating Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm). The 3 total bays will remain.

5. The general effect of the above-mentioned Bexley (Sidcup Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 8) Traffic Order 2021 would be to amend the Bexley (Sidcup Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018: -

g) to remove the existing Resident's permit parking bay in Ham Shades Close (operating Monday - Friday I pm - 3pm) from the south-eastern bend and install a new Resident's permit parking bay (operating Monday - Friday I pm - 3pm) outside of Aspen House. The bay will remain at a 15.0m length.

6. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Sidcup Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 3) Traffic Order would be to amend the Bexley (Sidcup Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018: -

h) to remove the existing business and resident/visitor permit parking place in front of No. 20 Hatherley Road, Sidcup This bay is currently situated (starts) 5.1 m north of the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Hatherley Road and is 5.0m long. This parking bay which currently operates between 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday will be replaced with a double yellow line restriction of 'at any time'.

i) to install a new business and resident/visitor permit parking place in front of No. 20 Hatherley Road, Sidcup. This new bay will be situated (starts) on the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Hatherley Road and will be 5.0m longThis parking bay will operate between 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and will replace the existing double yellow line restriction of 'at any time'.

7. Copies of the proposed Orders which become operational on 4th January 2021, the corresponding Parent Orders (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

9. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not made within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may make application for the purpose to the High Court before the expiration of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made.
