Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION PLANNING APPLICATION FOR A MINOR MATERIAL AMENDMENT FOLLOWING A GRANT OF PLANNING PERMISSION (SECTION 73 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990) DEVELOPMENT LAND EAST OF CASPIAN WAY AND NORTH AND SOUTH OF LONDON ROAD, PURFLEET, ESSEX
In accordance with Article 13 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 we give notice that Purfleet Centre Regeneration Ltd is applying to Thurrock Council for a minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 17/01668/OUT. "Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 in respect of planning permission ref. 17/01668/OUT. The application seeks approval for a number of amended parameter plans and variations to planning conditions, including B2, to account for three key changes to the approved scheme. These comprise the relocation of the Primary School site, realignment of the Primary Road and repositioning of improved Purfleet Railway Station facilities." Statement of agricultural tenants' rights The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure. * "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** "tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
