(Bridleway 233, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019

(Bridleway 233, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by
Essex County Council, under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the
consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for
Transport until 05/01/2021.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length
of Bridleway 233 in the Borough of Basildon, from its
junction with Lower Dunton Road for approximately
50 metres in easterly direction.
The alternative route will be via Bridleway 234, Bridleway
265 and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 06/01/2020 and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while the demolition and reconstruction of the Visitor Centre are undertaken.
(Church Road, Vange) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Vange in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 35m north of its junction with Osborne Road for a distance of approximately 115m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/07/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01410383003 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water box replacement works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Clay Hill Road, Southernhay, Broadmayne, Timberlodge Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Craven Avenue, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Craven Avenue, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Mayland Avenue to its junction with Ray Close a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/07/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013M2827-Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Mayland Avenue, Thorney Bay Road, Craven Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barrow Hall Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 200m west of its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/06/2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W00000IBBFVLMH05 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Barrow Hall Road, Barling Road, Silchester Corner, Southend Road, Little Wakering Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 11/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Broughton Road, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary
Suspension of One Way) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Broughton Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the one way in that length of Broughton Road Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road to its junction with Church Road, as detailed in "The Urban District of Benfleet (Various Streets, Hadleigh)

(One Way Traffic) Amendment No 1" Order. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/06/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034838214 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via London Road, Meadow Road, Church Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 11/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Harrogate Road, Hockley) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Harrogate Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 85m north of its junction with Greesward Lane for a distance of approximately 20m in a northerly direction.
"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 23/06/2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000930803 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection works are undertaken by Cadent. The Order came into effect on 11/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Kirby Road, Barstable) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kirby Road, Barstable in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Timberlog Lane for a distance of approximately 35m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/06/2020 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000927080 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Luncies Road, Timberlog Lane and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 11/06/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
