Further to a notice: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 18/12/2019 and 08/01/2020.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: to temporarily close Footpath 4, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Red House Road, generally west to its junction with Footpath 3, Pebmarsh.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 29 January 2020 for an additional 30 days weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due to the deterioration of the bridge.

The Order will come into effect on 29 January 2020 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the public safety risk has been resolved, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Braintree, as detailed in the Schedule.



2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.



3. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.



4. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.



The works are scheduled to commence after 06/02/20, as stated on a valid permit.

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or

displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and

then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion

routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each

phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast

installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband.

The Order will come into effect on 06/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months

or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 19/02/20 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0000000WAPGDJ6P - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken

by BT.

An alternative route is available via Dynes Hall Road, Church Street, Toldish Hall Road, Church Road, Oak Road, Deans Hall Road, Sudbury Road, Head Street, Hedingham Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 07/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Weavers Row, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Parsonage Street, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Parsonage Street for a distance of approximately 65m in an easterly direction.



2. To temporarily suspend the one way in Weavers Row, Halstead in the District of Braintree from its junction with Parsonage street to its junction with Gardeners Road as detailed in "The Essex County Council (Weavers Row, Halstead) (Prohibition of Driving and One-Way Traffic) Order 1980 for the duration of the above closure".



The closure is scheduled to commence on 03/02/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034831288 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Gardeners Road, Parsonage Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 24/01/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Station Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 40m south of its junction with De Vere Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/02/20 for 1 day and again on 9th February 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010543495-Anglian Water).
