HARLOW DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A) DISPOSAL OF LAND INCLUDING OPEN SPACE LAND ON THE SOUTH WEST SIDE OF THE ROUNDABOUT AT THE JUNCTION BETWEEN GILDEN WAY AND SHEERING ROAD, HARLOW, ESSEX

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Harlow District Council intends to dispose of land (which includes land used as open space) for the purpose of:-

a) THE ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL (GILDEN WAY/SHEERING ROAD (B183) IMPROVEMENT/WIDENING/REALIGNMENT, A1025 (NEW LINK ROAD FROM B183 TO M11) SCHEME); and



b) THE ESSEX COUNTY COUNCIL (GILDEN WAY/SHEERING ROAD (B183) IMPROVEMENT/WIDENING/REALIGNMENT, A1025 NEW LINK ROAD FROM B183 TO M11 AND GRADE SEPARATED JUNCTION/ROUNDABOUTS AT M11 JUNCTION 7A SCHEME)



The area of open space intended to be disposed of has an area of approximately 2,098 square metres.

A plan showing the location and extent of the open space intended to be disposed of can be inspected on the Public Notice Board at the Civic Centre, Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex CM20 1WG during normal office hours (except Bank Holidays) and copies may be obtained on payment of the Council's copying charges. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Simon Hill, Head of Governance, Harlow District Council, The Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow, Essex CM20 1WG by

no later than 27 February 2020.
