Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 The District of Rochford Footpaths 3 Canewdon and 10 Sutton Public Path Diversion

Notice of Confirmation of an Order Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 The District of Rochford Footpaths 3 Canewdon and 10 Sutton Public Path Diversion Order 2019 The following Public Path Diversion Orders were Confirmed on the 27th November, 2019 and the effect of these Orders are as follows:
Footpath 3 Canewdon
A part length of Footpath 3 Canewdon commencing from grid reference 58875,19294 to the west of the buildings of Apton Hall and running in a north easterly direction on the north side of the buildings then in a northerly direction for a total distance of 111 metres to grid reference 58885,19299 will be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above point and running in a northerly then a generally north westerly direction for a distance of 58 metres along the existing track to grid reference 58873,19299 then in a generally easterly direction on the north side of the hedge for a final distance of 124 metres to the same above point where it continues unaffected.
Footpath 10 Sutton
A part length of Footpath 10 commencing from grid reference 59133,18890 west of the parish boundary with Barling Magna and running in a west south westerly direction across the field through the existing reservoir for a distance of 386 metres to grid reference 59094,18883 west of the reservoir in Muckinghall Wood will be diverted to a new route commencing at the same above point and running in a south westerly direction across the field for a distance of 262 metres to grid reference 59108,18879 then continuing in a west north westerly direction on the south side of the reservoir for a final distance of 144 metres to the same above point where it continues unaffected. A copy of the Orders and Order Maps have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Rochford District Council Offices, South Street, Rochford and at County Hall Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map are available on request from the County Hall at a charge.
The new diverted routes will come into effect on 25th December, 2019. However, if any person aggrieved by an order, wants to question its validity, or that of any provision
contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980,
as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any
regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he
or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of
Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice, make an application
to the High Court.

(Dry Street, Langdon Hills) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dry Street, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 30m west of its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 1240m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26/01/20 for 5 Sundays only, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KN1W0000000LNSN-ES3 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cabling works are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Staneway, Laindon Link Roundabout, Laindon Link, Hempstalls, Roundacre New Roundabout, Roundacre, Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Dry Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Wash Road, Noak Bridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wash Road, Noak Bridge in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Noak Hill Road to its junction with Pound Lane, a distance of approximately 115m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/12/19 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034828186 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Noak Hill Road and South Wash Road. The Order came into effect on 05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Crown Hill, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crown Hill, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with The Knoll to its junction with High Street, a distance of approximately 135m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/12/19 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO55793437 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole repair works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via High Street, High Road, GreatWheatley Road, Brook Road, Rayleigh Weir Roundabout, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road From A129 ToA127, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road A127 To A130, Fairglen Interchange, Chelmsford Road, Carpenters Arms Roundabout, London Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Castle Lane, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Castle Lane, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Castle Lane to its junction with Beech Road, a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2020 for 24 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2275745 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway and carriageway reconstruction works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Castle Road, Branch Road, Beech Road, Castle Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Vicarage Hill, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Vicarage Hill, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 115m east of its junction with Kings Road for a distance of approximately 75m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/12/19 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034826298 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Essex Way and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 05/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.16) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 05/12/19, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
