(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.16) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'NoWaiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 12/12/19 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Hall Road, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with West Street for a distance of approximately 105m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26/12/19 for 6 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KL721SSV-38-49-271219 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge repair works are undertaken by= Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Ashingdon Road, Ashingdon Road Cut, Rectory Road, Hall Road, Hall Road Roundabout, Elizabeth Gardens and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Worthing Road, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Worthing Road, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/20 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000822649 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Worthing Road, Cumberland Drive, Durham Road, High Road, Little Oxcroft and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ambleside Gardens, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ambleside Gardens, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Elm Grove to its junction with Ferry Road for a distance of approximately 125m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/01/20 for 38 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD038SEW-11121-02 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of mains works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Ambleside Gardens, Harrison Gardens, Windermere Avenue, Ferry Road or Ferry Road, Maylons Lane, Elm Grove. The Order will come into effect on 12/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Stanley Road to its junction with Grasmere Road a distance of approximately 525m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/12/19 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2286701A- Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic island and lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Kents Hill Road North, Bread And Cheese Hill, Kents Hill Road, Kenneth Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 28/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kents Hill Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kents Hill Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Bowers Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13/01/20 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO56576690 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via London Road, High Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 28/11/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(New Century Road, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of New Century Road, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/20 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000822716 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 09/11/19, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Woodside Avenue, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 15m west of its junction with Oak Walk for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 06/01/20 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000887804 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while permanent reinstatement works are undertaken by Cadent.

(Church Road, Ramsden Heath) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Heath in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Short Lane to its junction with De Beauvoir Chase, a distance of approximately 560m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2019 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBWAL1HW01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works are undertaken
by BT.
An alternative route is available via Downham Road, School Road, Sudbury Road, Brock Hill, Swan Lane, Runwell Road, Golden Jubilee Way, Gibraltar Walk, London Road, Nevendon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Watery Lane, Rawreth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Watery Lane, Rawreth in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Beeches Road to its junction with Lower Road, a distance of approximately 990m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/12/19 for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2259352 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while safety barrier replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hullbridge Road, Rawreth Lane, Chelmsford Road, Beeches Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 06/12/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & Temporary Introduction of 30/40mph Speed Limit) (No.10) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1 To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order
2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
3. To temporarily introduce a 30/40mph speed limit in those roads listed in the schedule "The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting atAny Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 05/12/19 , exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
