Proposed Development at: LAND ENCOMPASSING THE GATEWAY ENERGY CENTRE SITE AT THE EASTERN END OF THE LONDON GATEWAY LOGISTICS PARK SITE IN THE SOUTH-WEST AND THE NATIONAL GRID CORYTON SOUTH SUBSTATION OFF THE MANORWAY IN THE SOUTH-EAST AND INCLUDING LAND BETWEEN THESE POINTS COMPRISING THE MANORWAY AND LAND TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH INCLUDING THE NORTHERN PART OF THE SHELL HAVEN TERMINAL. Take notice that: GATEWAY ENERGY CENTRE LIMITED is applying to: THURROCK BOROUGH COUNCIL for planning permission to/for: DEVELOPMENT OF GAS AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION INFRASTRUCTURE TO SERVE THE APPROVED GATEWAY ENERGY CENTRE COMPRISING AN APPROXIMATELY 1.2KM LONG UNDERGROUND GAS PIPELINE, AN ABOVE GROUND INSTALLATION (AGI), AND ASSOCIATED DEVELOPMENT (INCLUDING A MODIFIED AND EXTENDED ACCESS TRACK TO THE AGI, PIPELINE ROUTE MARKING POSTS AND SOFT LANDSCAPING); AND AN UP TO APPROXIMATELY 1.8KM LONG UNDERGROUND 400KV ELECTRICAL CABLE SYSTEM, INSTALLATION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AT THE EXISTING NATIONAL GRID CORYTON SOUTH SUBSTATION, AND ASSOCIATED DEVELOPMENT (INCLUDING PORTABLE RELAY ROOMS, VEHICLE TURNING AREA, FENCES AND CABLE ROUTE MARKERS).
