REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY SERVICE AND PARADES - SUNDAY 10th NOVEMBER 2019, SUNDAY 8th NOVEMBER 2020, SUNDAY 14th NOVEMBER 2021, SUNDAY 13th NOVEMBER 2022 AND SUNDAY 12th NOVEMBER 2023
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order to enable the holding of Remembrance Day Parades and Services on the specified dates THEY PROPOSE to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions:-

The following roads will be closed to through traffic at the times the signs are displayed between 09.30am and 1.00pm on Sunday 10th November 2019, Sunday 8th November 2020, Sunday 14th November 2021, Sunday 13th November 2022 and Sunday 12th November 2023. Biggin Hill
* Lebanon Gardens - for its entire length.

* Main Road - between its junctions with Lebanon Gardens and Jail Lane.

* Jail Lane - between its junctions with Main Road and Dowding Road Bromley Town

* Mitre Close - for its entire length.

* Beckenham Lane - between its junctions with Mitre Close and High Street.

* High Street - between its junctions with Beckenham Lane and Church Road.

* Church Road - for its entire length. Chislehurst

* Chislehurst High Street - between its junctions with Willow Grove and Centre Common Road.

* Centre Common Road - for its entire length.

* Church Row - for its entire length.

* School Road - between its junctions with Church Row and Royal Parade.

* Royal Parade - between its junctions with School Road and Bromley Road.

* Bromley Road - between its junctions with Centre Common Road/Royal Parade/Bromley Lane and Watt's Lane.

* Bromley Lane - between its junctions with Bromley Road/Centre Common Road/Royal Parade and Kemnal Road.

Beckenham
* St Georges Road - for its entire length.

* Albemarle Road - between its junctions with St George's Road and High Street.

* High Street - between its junctions with Albemarle Road and Beckenham Road/Croydon Road/ Rectory Road.

* Rectory Road - between its junctions with Beckenham Road/Croydon Road/High Street and The Drive.

* The Drive - for its entire length.

* Church Avenue - for its entire length.

* Bromley Road - between its junction with High Street and St George's Road.

* Croydon Road - between its junction with High Street/Rectory Road/Beckenham Road and its junction with Westfield Road.

* Beckenham Road - between its junction with High Street/Rectory Road/Croydon Road and its junction with Hayne Road.

Haves & Conev Hall
* Station Hill - for its entire length.

* Warren Road - for its entire length.

* West Common Road - between its junctions with Warren Road and Hayes Street (B265).

* Hayes Street - between its junctions with West Common Road and George Lane.

* Ridgeway - for its entire length. Mottingham

* Court Road - for its entire length.

* Mottingham Road - between its junction with Court Road and Grove Park Road.

* Grove Park Road - between its junction with Mottingham Road and its junction with Court Farm Road.

* West Park - between its junctions with Grove Park Road and West Hallowes. Orpington

* Spur Road - between its junctions with Gravel Pit Way and High Street/Sevenoaks Road/Station Road

* Kent House Road - Between its junction with High Street and its junction with Thesiger Road.

* Penge High Street - between its junction with Kent House Road and its junction with St John's Road.

Petts Wood
* Queens Way - for its entire length.

* Tudor Way - for its entire length.

* Willett Way - between its junctions with Tudor Way and Priory Avenue.

* Greencourt Way - between its junction with Willet Way and the western boundary of 2 Greencourt Way.

* Petts Wood Road - from its junction with Tudor Way westbound for its entire length. Shortlands

* Kingswood Road - between its junctions with St Mary's Avenue and Mays Hill Road

* Church Road - for its entire length. West Wickham

* Station Road - between its junctions with Croft Avenue and High Street.

* Wickham Court Road - for its entire length.

* Corkscrew Hill - between its junctions with Wickham Court Road and Bencurtis Park.

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 and all subsequent amendments.

3. THE Order will come into effect at 9.30am on Sunday 10th November 2019 and will end at 1.00pm on Sunday 10th November 2019, and 09.30am on Sunday 8th November 2020 and will end at 1.00pm on Sunday 8th November 2020 and 09.30am on Sunday 14th November 2021 and will end at 1pm on Sunday 14th November 2021 and 09.30 on Sunday 13th November 2022 and end at 1.00pm on Sunday 13th November 2022 and 09.30 on Sunday 12th November 2023 and end at 1.00pm on Sunday 12th November 2023.

4. NOTHING in this order shall prevent pedestrian access at any time to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which the order relates, or to any other premises which are assessable from such a road.

5. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

PUBLIC NOTICE LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED -Section 14
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC EDEN PARK AVENUE BECKENHAM
NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Network Rail to complete a detailed bridge examination survey THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Eden Park Avenue Beckenham will be closed to through traffic for up to one night on Tuesday 12th November 2019 between the hours of 22.00 on Tuesday 12th November 2019 and 06.00 on Wednesday 13th November 2019. The point of the closure will be at the railway bridge in between the junctions of Upper Elmers End Road and Barts Close.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-
Upper Elmers End Road A214
Links Way A214
South Eden Park Road B230
Stone Park Avenue

2. THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3. THE Order will come into effect on Tuesday 12th November 2019 with no specified finish date.

4. ALTHOUGH the Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months, it is expected that the works will take up to one night on Tuesday 12th November 2019 between the hours of 22.00 on Tuesday 12th November 2019 until 06.00 on Wednesday 13th November 2019 to complete and will begin on or after the commencement date of the Order.

5. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer or Traffic Warden.

6. THE restriction referred to in this Order shall not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the work.

7. ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC UPPER ELMERS END ROAD BECKENHAM
NOTICE OF INTENTION
1. The Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order for Network Rail to complete a detailed bridge examination survey THEY INTEND to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions on vehicular traffic:-

Upper Elmers End Road Beckenham will be closed to through traffic for up to one day on Friday 22nd November 2019 between the hours of 10.00-16.00 The point of the closure will be at the railway bridge on the slip road in between the junctions of Links Way A214 and South Eden Park Road B230.
The permanent one way system between the railway bridge and the junction of South Eden Park Road will be suspended whilst the closure is in place to allow for two-way traffic movements and access for residents at all times.
Displaced traffic will be diverted via:-
Links Way A214
South Eden Park Road B230

2. THE Order will come into effect on Friday 22nd November 2019 with no specified finish date.

3. NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or a Traffic Warden.
