(B183 (to become the A1025) Gilden Way/Sheering Road, Harlow/Sheering) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2), and Parts III &IVofSchedule 9tothe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To introduce a40mph speed limit on the following length of B183 (to become the A1025) Gilden Way/Sheering Road, Harlow/Sheering in the District of Harlow and Epping Forest, from the central island east of London Road Roundabout in agenerally north easterly direction for an approximate distance of 2370 metres (1.48 miles) including asection of new carriageway up to the new roundabout thatisgoing to be built and known as The Campions (the road is currently derestricted/national speed limit). The derestriction order on B183 (to become the A1025) Gilden Way/Sheering Road, Harlow/Sheering in the District of Harlowand Epping Forest will be revoked insofar as it relates to the above length of road.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1November 2019.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of anyprovision contained in it on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds thatany requirement of the Act, or anyinstrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(London Road, Harlow) (TemporaryOne WayRestriction) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily impose aone way restriction on London Road, Harlow from its junction with Church Langley Waytothe connection point at Maypole Cottage, London Road. The permitted direction of travel is south.

The temporaryone way restriction is scheduled to commence on 07/10/19 to 15/11/19 or where stated on avalid permit (EP00312000895). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs/displayed on

. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while areinforced gas main is installed.

The alternative route for northbound traffic will be via Church Langley Way, A414, London Road

The Order will come into effect on 07/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey inthe district of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 389 mnorth west of its junction with Church Road, north west for adistance of approximately 18m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/10/19 to 05/10/19 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works to install anew foul sewer connection is undertaken, relating to asection 50 licence. Diversion via: Lippitts Hill, Church Road, Mott Street and vice versa. Access for emergencyservice vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The Order will come into effect on 01/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Greensted Road, Ongar) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Greensted Road, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Drapers Corner for adistanceof approximately 100m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29/10/19 for 3days, or where stated on avalid permit (MX0542872435 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Four Wantz Roundabout, High Street, Coopers Hill, The Borough and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 19/09/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Sunnyside Road, Epping) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Sunnyside Road, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 110m south of its junction with Springfield for adistance of approximately 30m in asoutherly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/09/19 for 3days, or where stated on avalid permit (MX0542872096 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water

An alternative route is available via Springfield and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on19/09/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until

the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Daws Hill, Waltham Abbey) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Daws Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping, from its junction with Sewardstone Road for adistance of approximately 700m in aneasterly direction. The closure is scheduledto commence on 28/09/19 for 2days, or where stated onavalid permit (EP201EH2279761 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety ofthe public and workforce while drainage investigation works are undertaken by Essex CountyCouncil. An alternative route is available via Daws Hill, BuryRoad, Rangers Road, Station Road, The Green, Path (the Green To Carbis Close), Kings Head Hill, Sewardstone Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 19/09/19 and may continue inforce for 18 months oruntil the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Stag Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex CountyCouncil intends, not less than seven days from the date ofthis notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road TrafficRegulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarilyclose thatlengthofStagLane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for adistance of approximately 30m in awesterly direction. (High Beech Road, Loughton) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic &TemporaryIntroduction of aClearway) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date ofthis notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily closethatlength of High Beech Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from itsjunction with Smarts Lane for adistance of approximately 410m in a southerly direction.



2. To temporarily introduce a'No Waiting' restriction on both sides of the carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure.



"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting atAnyTime' restriction and suspend anyexisting parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to thatOrder shall remain in force.

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 07/10/19 for 2days, orwhere stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2275311 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while road hump replacements works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Smarts Lane or Smarts Lane, NurseryRoad, Connaught Avenue, Forest View Road or High Road, Ollards Grove, Connaughts Avenue and Forest View Road.

The Order will come into effect on 03/10/19 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
