(Coxes Farm Road, Great Burstead and South Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coxes Farm Road, Great Burstead and South Green in the District of Basildon, from a point approximately 540m south of its junction with Outwood Farm Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143202802 - Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Outwood Farm Road, Outwood Common Road, Southend Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 25th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse, in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Glebe Road to its junction with London Road, a distance of approximately 1020m.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 28th July 2019 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2261136 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while new footway works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Downham Road, School Road, Castledon Road, Grange Lane, London Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Shakespeare Avenue, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Shakespeare Avenue, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 30m north of its junction with Thynne Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd July 2019 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034820755 - UK Power Networks). The Order came into effect on 11th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Watery Lane, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh & Lower Road, Hullbridge) (Temporary Introduction of 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Watery Lane, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hullbridge Road for approximately 60m in a westerly direction.

2. To temporarily introduce a 20mph speed limit in that length of Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford from its junction with Lower Road to its junction with Rawreth Lane.

3. To temporarily introduce a 20mph speed limit in that length of Lower Road, Hullbridge from its junction with Hullbridge Road to its junction with Ferry Road.

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 16th June 2019 for 98 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231003090 -
Knight Group). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mini roundabout works are undertaken by Knight Group. An alternative route is available via Hullbridge Road, Rawreth Lane, Chelmsford Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 16th July 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Thundersley Grove, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Thundersley Grove, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Bread and Cheese Hill for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2019 for 42 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000829484 - Cadent). (Daws Heath Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Western Road to its junction with Fairmead Avenue, a distance of approximately 60m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th August 2019 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0011000822738 - Cadent). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order

2. A temporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Essex) (District of Rochford) Consolidation Order 2006" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. . org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
