NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable FM Conway's on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake Highway improvement works, the effects of which will be the introduction There will also be a road closure to vehicular traffic from 43 to 403 Abbey Road, during the closure there will also be no access to Blakemore Way, Carrill WayTunstockWay Shortlands Close, Laymarsh Close, Elstree Gardens Junction with Abbey Road and Kingswood Avenue junction of Abbey Road, access will be maintained for emergency vehicles

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ORDER 2019 (Maidstone Road, Foots Cray, Sidcup) NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) ofthe RoadTraffic RegulationAct 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable FM Conway's on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake Highway improvement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of a road closure to vehicular traffic from outside 73 to outside 125 Maidstone Road also a road closure of Palm Avenue at the junction of Maidstone Road

2. The Order will come into effect on 3rd July 2019 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However,the works are expected to be completed wfthin four nights.



3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative diversion route will be provided via:



? Maidstone Road, Foots Cray High Street, Cray Road, Edgington Way Maidstone Road and reverse, ■ Diversion Route from PalmAvenue to Maidstone Road:



? Palm Avenue, Ellenborough Road, St James Way, North Cray Road.
