Notice is hereby given that Navigator Terminals Thames BV LTD (previously Vopak Terminal) has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence for disinvestment of existing piled dolphin and replacement with a new piled dolphin at Navigator Terminal Thames. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Navigator Terminals Thames BV Ltd, Oliver Road, West Thurrock, Grays, RM20 3ED.
