PENNEY Frederick William Died peacefully on Friday 17th April aged 89. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends and by colleagues at Thurrock Council where he worked until retirement and by those in the Boys Brigade in which he served as an officer for many years. Now reunited with Doreen after 47 years together.

Happy memories of Fred when he run the Saturday night youth club at the Methodist church at the top of Hatherway road in the late 60s/early 70s
