Choral Society event

THURROCK Choral Society are making final preparations for their forthcoming concert on Saturday, April 12.
The concert will take place at 7.30pm at St Giles and All Saints Church, Orsett. The two main choral works being performed are both Magnificats.
The first, will be by Antonio Vivaldi, famous for his Four Seasons, and in the second half will be the Magnificat by the contemporary and much loved composer, John Rutter.
The Thurrock Choral Society orchestra will also be adding to the occasion. Tickets are £8 each (£6 for concessions), children with adults are free. There will be a raffle and refreshments during the interval.
