Tilbury 1-3 Cheshunt
From Chadfields
Ryman One North
TILBURY suffered a second-half capitulation as they conceded three goals to lose 3-1 to struggling Cheshunt.
Danny Smith had handed the mid-table Dockers the lead going into half-time, with a goal after only four minutes.
But Tilbury were unable to build on this advantage heading into the interval, with Cheshunt coming out strongly after the whistle.
Marcus Milner drew the visitors level 10 minutes after the break and they took a deserved lead with 13 minutes left on the clock.
Adam Bolle netted the goal, and scored again on seconds later.
But the same man went from hero to villain soon after as the referee sent him off to complete a remarkable five minutes.
Tilbury tried in vain to get back into the match but they were unable to force a thrilling finale.
Tilbury: Giddens, Webb, Johnson, Pooley, Webb, Wood (Austin), Flack, Carlile, Duarte, Martin, Daniel (Aiken)
