Tilbury continued their good home form with a solid victory over a disappointing Wroxham side.
Manager Paul Vaughan fielded an unchanged line up for the first time this season and got off to a fine start on six minutes - Lee Weemes’s shot taking a deflection into the net.
With only four minutes to the break a Sam Cutler corner found Sam West, who doubled the home sides lead.
The visitors did come into the game and home keeper Chico Ramos had to be at his best to save from Marsden, before a cross from the right saw the ball go past Ramos and hit Conor Mead into an empty net to reduce the arrears.
With ten minutes remaining Stephen Drake thought he had scored, but a fine Ramos save, saw the low effort tipped over. Tony Jacobs crossed unmarked to Danny Francis who volleyed home for his fifth goal in his last four games to confirm a resounding victory.
Manager Paul Vaughan said: "We scored four times, but could have been more. That's 3 of the 6 points we need over the next 2 games."
Team: Ramos, Mead, Waters, Pooley, West, Christou, Francis, Blackman (Zanelli 60), Weemes (Babalola 71), Cutler and Daniel (Jacobs 75)
