Memorable season's not over for Ship Lane side

First published in News

Thurrock have reached a defining time in what has been a memorable season for the Ship Lane club.

Two defeats in the past week have seen Hakan Hayrettin’s men drop to seventh in the table.

And, although they have games in hand on their main rivals, defeats over the next five days will see their play-off hopes fade further.

Tomorrow they go to a St Albans City side who are two places below them with a two-point deficit from two extra games.

Then, on Tuesday, Fleet host mid-table Woking who themselves are not entirely out of the fight to be involved in the play-offs.

Fixtures: Basingstoke v Dover, Braintree v Dorchester, Bromley v Worcester, Eastleigh v Bath City, Lewes v Havant & Waterlooville, Maidenhead v Hampton & Rchd, Staines v Woking, St Albans v Thurrock, Weston-Super-Mare v Chelmsford, Weymouth v Welling.
