THURROCK’S hopes of excaping from the bottom three were hit when they lost 3-1 at home to Bishop’s Stortford.
They remain third from bottom but are now five points behind a Dorchester Town side who drew 2-2 at Weston-super-Mare — but Fleet have a game in hand.
But Thurrock should be saved from the drop as only two clubs are likely to go down and Team Bath have resigned from the league.
