EAST Thurrock United's Ryman Premier League survival hopes are still alive after Folkestone drew 0-0 with AFC Hornchurch this evening at Cheriton Road.

While Invicta leapfrog over their Kentish rivals Maidstone United and out of the drop zone ahead of their "winner takes all" home clash against the Stones on Saturday, they are still capable of being overhauled by Rocks.

The borough side need to win at Harlow on Saturday, Carshalton get beat by or draw with Tonbridge and Folkestone and Maidstone draw.

It's a tall order but at least Rocks' fine win against Ashford Town on Saturday has taken the survival fight to the last weekend of the season.
