Grays Athletic 1–1 Tonbridge Angels
From Mill Field
Ryman Premier League
GRAYS Athletic and Tonbridge Angels shared the points as both dropped points in the race for the Ryman Premier League play-offs.
Grays were looking for back-to-back league wins following their 3-2 win over Harrow Borough on Saturday, although they faced a Tonbridge side that also had designs on the play-offs.
After a goalless first period, it was Angels that took the lead shortly before the hour mark, as Tom Parkinson struck.
But that lead was short-lived. Jake Hutchings got the leveller just four minutes later to level the scores.
And that was how it stayed, as Grays ended the night seven points off the top five.
Grays Athletic: Hadler, Ifill, Siva, Symons, Hutchings, Agyemang, Davidson (Michael-Percil), Beaney, Dumaka, Fortnam-Tomlinson, Carlos
