EAST Thurrock United will look to confirm what seems certain to be an end-of-season play-off spot over the Easter holiday.
Tuesday’s 2-2 home draw with Concord Rangers makes Rocks’ chances of catching the Canvey club for second spot in the final reckoning very unlikely.
But good results could still see them finish third, above Wingate and Finchley, and that would give them home advantage in their opening play-off game.
Tomorrow, John Coventry’s men host a Thamesmead Town side who, although sixth, now look certain to miss out on a play-off place.
And on Monday they play the return at Thames Road against Concord who, by finishing second, will enjoy playing at home throughout the play-offs.
