RYMAN ONE NORTH: East Thurrock United made themselves clear favourites for the title and the only guaranteed promotion spot when they triumphed 4-2 over Ilford at Rookery Hill.
The victory opens up a four-point lead at the top over closest rivals Aveley and gives Rocks a superb chance of a quick return to the top flight after last year's relegation from the Premier.
