GK – Glenn Morris: 'Cat' and I were together at Leyton Orient and I used to clean his boots. An absolute gentleman and the best trainer you will ever see. I never saw him drop a thing in training.

RB – Spencer Harrison: He won't like the right-back shout! I played with Spence at Maldon & Aveley, he fancies himself as a looker but he is the non league John Terry! He will run through walls for you and he speaks constantly on the pitch. Wears the biggest studs you will ever see.

LB – George Beavan: I have got to stick Bevs in here. He won’t be happy at left back but I can't leave him out! I only met him this season at Billericay but he is the nicest geezer, as well as being an absolute warrior on the pitch. A rock in our defence this season and gives 100 per cent every week.

CB – Jay Leader: I played with Jay at Aveley a couple of seasons ago. He is not the usual non-league centre half, and is one of the best with the ball at his feet. That said, he killed me a few times with some short back passes!

CB – Danny Smith: Played with Smudge - aka ‘The Quadfather’ - at Tilbury last season. He has the biggest quads you will ever see. A lovely fella and, considering his size, you won’t see him lose a header at centre-back this season. Money man!

CM – Jonjo Shelvey: I'll get some stick off the boys for this but I can't leave my boy out. We played together at Charlton and you could tell back then he would make it to the top. He would always play up age groups and making his debut for the Charlton first-team at 16 speaks for itself.

RM – Junior Appiah: Otherwise known as ‘Balotelli’. I played with Junior at Aveley and he is the quickest player I have ever seen. You could have 10 yards on him and he would still catch you. He knows where the goal is, and seemed to have new boots every week!

CM – Jay Davies: Played with JD at St Neots Town. A luxury player who hits the best diagonals you'll see in non-league. On his day you wouldn't get hear him, although he has the smallest feet I have seen.

ST – Nathan Korantang: ‘Twum’ - If I said his full name I wouldn't have enough space in this paragraph. I played with Nath at St Neots and at Maldon. An absolute swazz of a left foot and he breezes past people like they are not even there. He has pace to burn and the best running style you will see.

ST – Tony Martin: Played with TM at Maldon & Tilbury. He runs all day long in the channels and does the dirty work. ‘Mr lobber lobber’ only scores lobs with his Puma Kings.

LM – Teddy Nesbitt: My running partner. I played with Ted at Aveley and now at Billericay this season. I don't want to put him in as he doesn’t appreciate goalkeepers but he's been on flames recently, popping up with a few goals in his new left wing role so I have to stick him in.
