EAST Thurrock United’s impressive league run continued against promotion-chasing Dulwich Hamlet.

Rocks scored a late equaliser to secure a 2-2 draw at Rookery Hill, with Paul Goodacre netting his first for the club with five minutes to go.

Rocks have gone unbeaten since the end of September in the league and have only lost one of their eight games this month – that against football league side Hartlepool United.

John Coventry’s side went behind midway through the first-half when Nyren Clunis broke through to score.

That was how it stayed until half-time when Sam Higgins crashed home his 15th strike of the season from the penalty spot.

Harry Ottaway restored the visitors advantage with 20 minutes to play and that was how it stayed until five minutes from time.

That was when Goodacre made his mark to see the points shared.
