Heyrettin sees side lose heavily to Maidstone United

GRAYS ATHLETIC: HAKAN Heyrettin, the Grays boss, called his side's 3-0 victory over Heybridge Swifts last Tuesday "unbelieveable", claiming it to be "the best performance ever" from any side he's managed, just days before Blues were embarrassingly dumped from the FA Cup.

Heyrettin’s side swept Swifts aside, scoring three first half goals in a classy performance. But their unbeaten home record was lost on Saturday as they suffered their heaviest home FA Cup defeat in 60 years, losing 5-0 to Maidstone United.
