BOWLS: THE Borough’s United services Bowls club staged its annual Chairman’s v President’s match day with the Chairman’s team coming out on top.
The club was celebrating the ward of a £2,314 grant from the Veolia Mardyke Trust for re-lining the ditches at the bowls green. Anyone interested in joining USBC should contact Gladys Bibby on 01375 843955.
