Essex CC Under 19 tour

COUNTY CRICKET: Essex’s Ben Foakes, Reece Topley and Kishan Velani have been called up for the England under-19s for the ICC U19 World Cup in Australia next month.
Foakes is vice captain for the series in which England begin with a game against hosts Australia on August 11, before playing Ireland and Nepal in the other group stage matches.
Selector David Graveney said: “The squad we have put together contains strength in depth and some exciting young talent which we look forward to seeing perform on the world stage.”
