SPEEDWAY: On a baking afternoon at Arena Essex Raceway, Great Britian’s U21 team found the going just a little too hot, as Australia qualified outright for the SWC U21 final.
In dusty conditions, Darcy Ward led the charge for the Aussies completing a clean sweep with a 15 point maximum, supported by Nick Morris & Sam Masters. Both Michael Jepsen Jensen and Mikkel B Jenson shone for Denmark who finished runners up, whilst for Great Britain, Hammers reserve Richie Worrall and Poole reserve Kyle Howarth both put up spirited performances, scoring 8 points each.
