Plenty of action at The Warren

FISHING: THERE has been plenty of action at The Warren lakes at Stanford recently.

Thurrock’s Charlie Ellis caught a carp called The Parrot (36lb 6oz).

The fish was lured by stickybaits from Huttons and represented a new personal best for the angler.

And at the Warren’s main Lake Jack Spencer hooked a 34lb common carp.
