Blues, of the Isthmian North, will be underdogs for the clash although can expect the Daggers to field a number of youth players for the encounter.
Aveley have been handed an equally difficult tie with Concord Rangers to visit Parkside. The winners between 2014 and 2016 dismantled Wivenhoe Town 6-0 on Tuesday night.
East Thurrock United - the highest ranked side in Thurrock - are also at home and will be strong favourites against Waltham Abbey.
Ties must be played before December 9.
