TENNIS: Almost 70 youngsters took part in the week long summer school sessions at Thurrock Lawn Tennis Club.
Youngsters enjoyed three coaching sessions and then additional fun tournaments to put the youngsters through their paces.
The Grays-based club have adult and junior coaching going on regularly as well as league matches and club championships.
There are two new coaching sessions that are open to members and non- members: Cardio tennis takes place on Thursdays (one hour) at 7.30pm. The cost is £6 a session.
Ladies Social takes place on Thursdays from 10am to 11.30am. A coaching session of 45 minutes is followed by match play with coffee/tea and biscuits.
