Charity match in memory of much-loved player
FOOTBALL: A MEMORIAL game will be played at Tilbury FC on Friday 5 September 5 in memory of much loved local footballer Paul Kojczyk.
Paul was an ex-Tilbury FC and local Thurrock sportsman – for Scruttons, Greenline, St Thomas and Fords Basildon. The memorial match in his honour kicks off at 6.30pm.
His former manager Alan Marshall said: “Paul worked at Proctor and Gamble, but was best known as a great footballer. He was the sort of bloke that you wanted in your team.”
