STANFORD le Hope CC will be going for back-to-back wins tomorrow when they host lowly Epping in Essex League Division Three.
The hosts saw off Old Southendian & Southchurch by seven wickets last weekend and will be looking to strengthen their promotion credentials.
But captain Lee Knight has warned his team not to take anything for granted against visitors still looking for their first win of the league season.
“At the start of the campaign we said that Old Brentwoods and Old Southendian would be there or there abouts at the end of the season and we want to be in that group too,” said Knight.
“We are looking for a good start and Epping is one game we have targeted for a win.
“But the danger is complacency after beating Old Southendian, so we will have to guard against that.”
