London Marathon latest
LONDON MARATHON: THURROCK have a crop of runners tackling the London Marathon. Scott Rice is expected to be the best of the local bunch.
His recent 5k of 16m52s is an indication that he is in top form.
Likewise Jason Syrett’s recent PB for half marathon will make him optimistic that he can achieve a good for age time and thereby an automatic qualification for next year’s race.
Ever present Pat Dobbs will complete his 34th circuit on the Blackheath to Westminster course and wants another age group medal.
