ATHLETICS: CROSS-country fans will get their fill this summer with a five-race Essex 10k series.
Entry costs from £12 for individual races or from £50 for the series.
Danbury Woods host the first race on May 3, with the others at Hylands House, Chelmsford, on June 14; Thorndon Park, Brentwood, on July 5; Hadleigh Castle on August 2, and Weald Park, Brentwood, on September 6.
