Rocks into relagation place after midweek defeat
RYMAN PREMIER: East Thurrock slipped into the relegation places following a 3-0 defeat at Lowestoft Town.
A 40th-minute goal from Jake Reed and second half-strike from Emmanuel Osei and Michael Frew earned a win which sent the Rocks into the bottom four.
