John Dignum in action tonight

BOXING: JOHN Dignum takes on the experienced Kieron Gray in his fourth pro fight at York Hall tonight.

The 20-year-old from Bowers Gifford is on the undercard of the Billy Joe Saunders’ title fight, which will be screened live on BoxNation (Sky channel 437/Virgin channel 546).

Dignum will face Gray, 35, from Telford, in a super middleweight contest at the famous venue in Bethnal Green.

Dignum is a southpaw counter-puncher who has two wins and a defeat since making his pro debut in January 2012. British and Commonwealth champion Saunders will put his titles on the line against Matthew Hall.
