Striker wants to hit the back of the net

SOUTHEND UNITED: BARRY Corr wants to finish his fantastic goal-scoring week in style by again hitting the back of the net when Southend United visit his former Exeter City side tomorrow.

The tall targetman bagged braces against both Brentford and Oxford United in Blues’ last two games.

And he is now seeking more of the same against the Grecians at St James Park as Paul Sturrock’s side seek a return to winning ways against their play-off rivals.

“I’ve been pleased with how things have gone for me so far this week and it would be great to get another goal at the weekend because it’s an important game for both teams,” said Corr, 27.
