RYMAN 1 NORTH: DOCKERS won their third game on the spin at a beleaguered Redbridge and edged closer to a play-off spot.
But Paul Vaughan’s men had to come from behind before eventually notching their eighth goal in four days.
Jacob Cleaver gave the hosts the lead after just 11 minutes.
The in-form visitors were back on level terms after 20 minutes though, when Tony Jacob crossed for Sam Cutler who chipped the ball home.
It then took Tilbury just five minutes to get their noses in front, when Tom Wraight collected the ball on the edge of the area and fired in.
Tilbury dominated the remainder of the game, with Emiel Aiken having an effort cleared off the line just before half time and Jimmy Cook going close with a powerful effort early in the second period.
But it took until the 81st minute for Tilbury to consolidate their lead. Danny Francis, now fully fit after a lengthy lay-off, was brought down in the box. Aaron Waters, who has been had the heart of Tilbury’s recent revival, stepped up to convert the spot kick and put the three points beyond doubt.
