NON-LEAGUE: SAM Cutler scored on his Tilbury debut as Dockers defeated Needham Market in a controversial contest at Chadfields.

Needham’s midfielder Duane Wright scored at both ends to ensure Tilbury snatched all three points in a 2-1 win.

The victory was Dockers’ eighth of the season but only their third win in seven, following defeat to Grays in October which led to a slight dip in form.
