Gus Lawrence has the skills to take top kart trophy

MOTORSPORT: THURROCK’S Gus Lawrence is still celebrating after winning the prestigious London Cup.
The borough teenager, who is sponsored by online tyres sales outfit Blackcircles.com, races a Octane kart in the junior Rotax class, Lawrence had a camera on his kart and the action will be screened on Sky Sports 4.
The 13-year-old has been racing since he was eight and has more than 60 trophies in his cabinet – including two club championships, Next season the youngster will be racing a Lotus kart in the super one British championship.
