21 year old, international artist DAN CROOK wrote his first song when he was 15. It was aptly titled 'Life Isn't an Office Job.’ Holding to this philosophy, Dan has performed all over the world, recorded an album, 3 band E.P.’s, and composed over 30 songs. He’s also spent time as a street musician in Australia, New Zealand and England, the place he calls home.
He now finds himself back in the UK playing shows in and around his hometown of Essex.
His sound is rough yet melodic. His songs are pure and catchy, yet often sung with a passion approaching aggression. Singer/songwriter—yes, but this Englishman does not deliver more of the typical lovesick folk so often associated with the solo performer.
Whether questioning religion or fighting the education system, Dan shares a worldly-wise message of freedom. Let him explain his journey so far.
