DUE to the wintery weather, year 11 students at Wolverley CE Secondary School were able to extend their ski lessons from the dry slope to the school fields.
Ian Patterson, PE teacher, explained: “We regularly teach skiing skills on the ski slope, but it’s not often we can extend the experience to the natural surroundings within the school grounds.
“All the students found it an enjoyable and very realistic change.”
